The Science!(TM)

    What is science? 

    Is science a crystal ball filled with the answers to life's questions?

    Is science a person or deity to be consulted?

    Is science blind obedience to authority?

    Nobody would suggest such nonsense outright, but it's all encompassed in one popular bumper sticker slogan: "Believe in the Science!(tm)".

    An almost dystopian truism, designed to disarm, discredit, and bully anyone willing to question the mainstream narrative. As if failure to immediately accept without evidence the dubious claims of public officials somehow means one is "anti-science".

    TO BE CLEAR: There has never more obviously been a need for honest scientific inquiry. Our problems arose once science came to be considered a body of dogma, codified by and accessible only to an elite caste of technocrats with the power to censor the dissident opinions of actual scientists and doctors.

    Science is a process (scientific method) by which we can study the structure and behavior of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment - ALWAYS constrained by context and reason. The second one strays from this definition, their arguments cease to be scientific and tend to be arguments from authority, among other forms of sophistry.

    On this site, we explore the facts surrounding COVID-19. We ask the questions that science worshipers have been to lazy to answer. Are masks or lockdowns effective? What are the costs of lockdowns? What are the risks of COVID-19? Contextually, how bad is it really? Is there any justification for existing policy? 

    Perhaps you respond with the retort: "You're not a scientist! How can you possibly weigh in on this topic? You're not an expert!"

    I have gone to great lengths to ensure EVERYTHING possible on this site is either...

        a. Supported and credited to respected/credentialed epidemiologists, immunologists, doctors, or public health experts.

        b. Easily verifiable data/facts from credible sources

    At a time when tyrannical governments around the world have used COVID-19 to implement deadly, anti-human restrictions, it would be irresponsible to NOT honestly dig into the information surrounding this subject. Being armed with accurate information is a necessary precondition to pushing back against the eager mob begging for their own enslavement.
